Noida Expressway to offer great residential options
Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is going to see never-before developmental activities spanning residential, commercial, as well as institutional sectors.
This developing area has all the facilities, social and commercial infrastructure, within easy reach of residents. Developers have started looking at the area as a top destination for residential and commercial projects.
Also, the recent Supreme Court verdict that settled the dispute over the allotment of plots for 14 5-star hotels is sure to boost development on the expressway. According to the Supreme Verdict, the Noida authority will now charge Rs 70,000 per sq metre (earlier it was Rs 700 per sq metre) for the allotments.
The Noida authority has plans to develop an international-standard sports complex along with other prestigious projects in the area. The forthcoming sports complex will have a multipurpose indoor stadium, an exclusive stadium for athletics, football and cricket fields, bowling alleys, and several other facilities for popular sports.
A world-class 18-hole golf course over 180 acres and in Zone 3 of the expressway, in Sector 101, is also another attraction. The India Expo Mart, Noida's answer to Delhi's Pragati Maidan, is already operational it is located towards the end of the Greater Noida Expressway. A knowledge park with 24 engineering and management institutes has also been proposed to be set up along the expressway.
At the Noida end of the expressway, in Sector 93, the existing landmarks are Amity University, Balak Inter College, Lotus Valley School, Logix Techno-Park, Mayoor International School, Parsvnath Prestige Apartments, and ATS Green.
The Noida authority also has plans for Arogya Dham, a super-specialty medical city of international standard over 50 acres, which is to come up along the expressway; the facility will also have commercial establishments, residential options for the attendants, wide roads, lush green landscape, and parks and open spaces.
Some high-end projects are going to change the residential scenario entirely. Unitech's forthcoming premium residential projects, Unitech Cascades and a golf-themed residential condominium, Unitech Grande, are already gaining the attention of property seekers. Amrapali Group also has launched Amrapali Platinum in Sector 119 and Amrapali Zodiac in Sector 120.
Logix Group's Logix Blossom Greens in Sector 143 offers luxury 2-, 3-, 4BHK, penthouses and villas with private parking area, exclusive tower dedicated to senior citizens with a dedicated lush green meditation park.
The group says the master plan and layouts of all its projects are vastu compliant, with word-class clubhouses and private lawns for the ground floors.
Omaxe, another major developer, has launched premium luxury residential projects like the Forest and the NRI City, along the expressway. Utopia, the project from Eldeco, comes with some of the best utility and luxury facilities. It is spread over 18 acres.
